Pronoun and its types
PRONOUN:
Pronoun that we can use instead of one or more noun.these are small word that take place of a noun.It may stand for a person ,thing or idea.
EXAMPLE:
he,she ,it ,they,him.her.those,this,that ,themselves etc
PERSONAL PRONOUN:
Those associated with a certain person,thing or group.Personal pronoun are always specific and use to replace a proper noun or collective group of people and things.
EXAMPLE:
I,we ,he ,she,it ,you etc
DEMONSTRATIVE PRONOUN:
Those used to point to something specific with in a sentence.
EXAMPLE:
There are four demonstrative pronoun (this ,that, those, these).
INTERROGATIVE PRONOUN:
Those which introduce a question.
EXAMPLE:
who ,whom,whose,what,which etc
RELATIVE PRONOUN:
Those which refers to noun mentioned previously acting to introduce an adjective relative clause.this will usually appear after a noun to help clarify the sentence or give extra information.
EXAMPLE:
who,which,that,whom,whose etc
INDEFINITE PRONOUN:
indefinite pronoun refers to one or more unspecified objects,beings or places such as someone,anybody,nothing etc
EXAMPLE:
something,nobody, other,whichever,somebody,anyone etc
REFLEXIVE & INTENSIVE PRONOUN:
Those that ending in self or selves that serve to emphasize their antecedents.These are also called reflexive pronoun,but rather than just referring back to subject of the sentence they work to reinforce the action.
EXAMPLE:
Myself,ourselves,itself etc
RECIPROCAL PRONOUN:
Those expressing mutual actions or relationship.
EXAMPLE;
each other ,one another.
